Nutrition Counseling

One on one nutrition counseling visits with a registered dietitian nutritionist in the office or through virtual telehealth nutrition counseling sessions on our HIPPA secure telehealth system. Office or virtual nutrition counseling sessions are most likely covered by insurance for patients of all ages, lifestyles and medical nutrition conditions such as but not limited to:

• Diabetes Type I and II
• High Blood Pressure
• High Cholesterol
• Fertility
• PCOS
• Food Allergy
• Gout
• GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
• Other Gastrointestinal Related Conditions

• Eating Disorders
• LowFODMAP Diet

Initial nutrition office and virtual telehealth nutrition counseling sessions are 50 minutes and follow up office and virtual telehealth sessions are 25 minutes.

At your initial nutrition counseling session your dietitian nutritionist may recommend additional nutrition tests or a specific weight management program. These services may be covered by insurance, depending on your insurance carrier. Please contact us for more information regarding insurance coverage.

We recommend seeing or working with your dietitian nutritionist virtually weekly or every other week with daily nutrition support.
