Getting Started

Appointments

Please contact us to schedule an appointment in one of our office locations or a virtual telehealth nutrition counseling visit or for more information about our programs. Our dietitian nutritionists have appointments available between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday. Our receptionist is available from 8:00-4:00 Monday to Friday. If you call outside these hours please leave a message and our receptionist will give you a call back the next business day.

Please fill out the patient registration forms and bring with you to your first nutrition appointment.
If your forms are not filled out please arrive to your nutrition counseling appointment 15 minutes ahead of time.
When you arrive to your appointment please check in at the front desk so the receptionist can notify the dietitian nutritionist you have arrived.
It is important to us that we stay on schedule so we do not keep patients waiting. Please be mindful that our dietitian nutritionists run a tight schedule. If you are not able to spend as much time as scheduled with your dietitian nutritionist because you arrived late to your appointment please schedule another appointment with in the next few days or the following week.

Insurance and Billing

We are a preferred provider with most major insurance companies. Please note the type of nutrition coverage you have will depend on your specific plan contracted by your employer. To determine if nutrition services are covered, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company. If you do not have nutrition benefits, ask your company’s benefits department to cover medical nutrition therapy. Benefits may be defined but not limited to, deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
