Kelly McGuffin, M.S., R.D. is a registered dietitian and a certified health coach with Medifast/Take Shape for Life with a bachelor degree in dietetics and a minor in public health/health assessment and promotion from James Madison University. Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude and went on to complete her dietetic internship from the University of Virginia. Kelly also received her master’s degree in nutrition from Central Michigan University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Kelly has a diverse background working in the hospital setting as well as the outpatient setting. Areas of practice include working with both the pediatric and adult population with obesity and a diverse range of medical conditions from celiac disease, diabetes, bariatric surgery, heart disease, eating disorders, kidney disease, pulmonary disease, substance abuse, and much more.

Kelly is passionate with helping clients meet their nutritional needs and reaching their goals.

Katrina Seidman, M.S., R.D.N., L.D.N., C.P.T. is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiological Science and a Masters Degree of Science in Human Nutrition. Katrina also holds the a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management and has helped many adults, teens, and families reach their weight loss goals and improve their nutrition related medical conditions.

Katrina’s expertise includes client assessment, personalized interventions, persistent client follow-up, healthy menu/recipe modification, nutritional records management, and nutrition and exercise-related writing and speaking. Katrina’s nutrition counseling experience includes hospital, community, university, and corporate settings.

Katrina shows a passion for inspiring others to live their best.

Mary Warner Nocera, R.D., L.D.N., is a registered dietitian who recently relocated to Northern Virginia from Greenville, North Carolina. Mary is a member of the American Dietetic Association, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and also completed her dietetic internship program at East Carolina University. Mary has worked in a long term care facility for 3.5 years as a clinical dietitian and has spent the last 5 years enjoying out-patient nutritional counseling at Physicians East, P.A. Mary has worked with teenagers, adults, and geriatric patients, who need assistance with weight management, bariatric surgery, diabetes, gestational diabetes, GI disorders, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.

Mary enjoys being active and strongly believes that this is also an integral part of overall wellness. She has played soccer for 13 years and was a captain of the varsity team in a competitive high school in Baltimore, Maryland. She has completed one full marathon, three half marathons, one sprint triathlon, two biathlons, and numerous 10ks and 5ks runs. This experience has given her knowledge in regards to sports nutrition and adequate eating habits for athletes.

Genevieve Clarke, R.D.N., L.D.N., C.D.E. is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a member of both the American Dietetic Association and American Association of Diabetes Educators. Genevieve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science with a concentration in Human Nutrition at Clemson University. Genevieve completed her dietetic internship through Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. During her internship Genevieve performed her medical nutrition therapy rotation at Inova Fairfax Hospital and completed specialty training at bariatric surgery centers, weight management programs and sports nutrition sites throughout Northern Virginia. Genevieve also holds the Group Fitness Instructor Certification through the American Council on Exercise and is a practicing group exercise instructor and personal trainer.

Genevieve has a broad range of experience from both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings to physician supervised weight loss programs. As a dietitian, Genevieve takes a balanced approach to nutrition. With extensive experience in nutrition counseling for weight management, cholesterol improvement, diabetes control, high blood pressure, insulin training, binge eating disorder, bariatric surgery, general wellness and various gastrointestinal issues her goal is to make sure every client leaves her office with the knowledge they need to improve their health significantly.

Carly Bragg, R.D.N., L.D.N. graduated with Cum Laude honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from West Chester University of PA. During her time at West Chester, she also interned with multiple dietitians in weight management settings. After college she went on to complete her dietetic internship at Mississippi State University where she also enrolled in Master’s level classes in sports nutrition and clinical nutrition. During her time in Mississippi, she completed a 1200 hour dietetic internship with a focus on nutrition education. The internship included work in multiple hospitals including a 600 bed teaching hospital, outpatient clinics, food management facilities, and WIC programs. She even did a segment on nutrition and healthy eating for a local news channel. Carly is board-certified as a Registered Dietitian and belongs to two dietetic practice groups in weight management and sports nutrition/cardiovascular wellness. Prior to working with the Washington Nutrition Group, Carly worked in a hospital as an inpatient dietitian as well as in two outpatient programs- prenatal care and cardiac rehab. She has also worked for a nutritional supplement company as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist.

Her favorite areas of nutrition include eating disorders, weight management, bariatrics, maternal health, and sports nutrition. She loves motivating clients to reach their goals and offers the emotional support they might need to reach those goals.

Dawn Croft R.D.N., L.D.N. is a registered dietitian, member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and licensed in Maryland. Dawn graduated from University of Delaware with a bachelor of science in Dietetics and went on to complete an internship at University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore Maryland.

Dawn has a large range of experience in outpatient and inpatient nutrition. She worked at Washington Hospital Center as an outpatient Dietitian in their Renal clinic and wellness center before moving in to an inpatient role as the burn and trauma dietitian. While in her internship, she completed a food allergy program for a large hospital. The abstract was published by the American Dietetic Association and received an award from the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network. Dawn has since worked in the community providing nutrition education in a variety of topics to corporations as well as individuals.

Dawn is an active and motivated individual and strives to help others achieve optimal health with realistic lifelong eating behavior.
