Instructions
  1. Spray pan with cooking spray or lightly coat pan with olive oil.
  2. While skillet becomes warm cut raw chicken into strips and place raw chicken in pan.
  3. Cook over medium heat.
  4. While chicken is cooking prepare homemade balsamic dressing by mixing mustard, oil and vinegar together. Chop the vegetables and place in a medium sized bowl.
  5. When the chicken is done; white throughout, add to vegetables and toss with ½ or 2 tbsp. of the dressing.
  6. For more flavor not reflected in the nutrition information sprinkle salt and pepper or garlic salt on chicken when cooking (*any recommended protein may replace chicken)
