  1. Drain and rinse kidney beans.
  2. Put fresh or frozen turkey into slow-cooker. Add the drained kidney beans and the rest of the ingredients to slow-cooker.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Dish ¾ cup servings into bowls. Add avocado and optional green onions on top of the chili.
  5. For more flavor (not reflected in the nutrition information) sprinkle garlic salt on turkey when cooking.
