Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 99% fat-free turkey
- 3 cloves garlic (1 ½ tsp. minced)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ground oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¾ cups diced tomatoes (14.5 oz. can)
- 1 ¾ cups drained and rinsed kidney bean (15 oz. can)
- 1 avocado
- green onions (optional)

Instructions
- Drain and rinse kidney beans.
- Put fresh or frozen turkey into slow-cooker. Add the drained kidney beans and the rest of the ingredients to slow-cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Dish ¾ cup servings into bowls. Add avocado and optional green onions on top of the chili.
- For more flavor (not reflected in the nutrition information) sprinkle garlic salt on turkey when cooking.
