Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Marinate salmon in orange juice for 10 minutes to an hour.
  3. Whisk together sugar salt and spices.
  4. Line baking sheet with foil and place salmon on top.
  5. Spread mixture over salmon.
  6. Cook salmon for 20-25 minutes or until white throughout.
  7. Place broccoli in a large microwave safe bowl with 1 cup of water and microwave for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve 1 cup of cooked broccoli with 3 oz. of salmon.
