Ingredients
- 16 oz wild-caught sockeye, Pacific or Atlantic salmon raw
- 8 cups 50% less sugar orange juice
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups frozen broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Marinate salmon in orange juice for 10 minutes to an hour.
- Whisk together sugar salt and spices.
- Line baking sheet with foil and place salmon on top.
- Spread mixture over salmon.
- Cook salmon for 20-25 minutes or until white throughout.
- Place broccoli in a large microwave safe bowl with 1 cup of water and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Serve 1 cup of cooked broccoli with 3 oz. of salmon.
